Over the past three years, I've had the privilege of working alongside founders, CEOs, and leadership teams at some of the most innovative technology, healthcare, manufacturing, robotics, and professional services companies in the country.

I've helped launch products, build brands, improve visibility, generate leads, create content, develop go-to-market strategies, and navigate more than a few growth challenges.

Along the way, I've worked with companies ranging from early-stage startups searching for product-market fit to established organizations looking to accelerate growth in increasingly competitive markets.

The experience has been rewarding, eye-opening, and occasionally humbling.

More importantly, it has reinforced some lessons about marketing, business, leadership, and growth that seem to apply regardless of industry, company size, or stage of maturity.

1. Great Companies Don't Automatically Get Discovered
